Thank you for your prayers

Thank you so much for praying for me. I’m still in the hospital, but am making progress, for which I’m truly grateful. Mondays and Tuesdays are when I write the weekly updates, but I feel the need to focus on the Lord during my time in the hospital and to be mindful not to return to work as usual. Therefore, we have decided not to send out a regular update this week. Thank you for your understanding. I am grateful for all the prayers. Many people from around the world are praying for me. Thank you so much.

There is one thing I want to ask of you, though.

Please focus strongly on praying for Japan and for the gospel to spread quickly. The Lord gave me Mark 4:26–29 (ESV), which states, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground. … The seed sprouts and grows; he knows not how. The earth produces by itself.” When I read that, I felt the Lord was telling me that Japan is ready, and I believe the harvest will spring up quickly in the next few years. Please pray for Japan.

Thank you for your prayers for me.

God bless you,

Ron Sawka
