Nov. 30th, 2022 - We Have to Choose to Receive!

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those believe in His name” (John 1:12).

“But let him ask in faith, with no doubting” (Jam. 1:6).

We Have to Choose to Receive!

We have entered into the end-time harvest. There will be two hallmarks. First, is that the work will be done by all believers. This is how the early church spread so quickly. Everywhere they went, the believers shared the good news (see Acts 8:4). This is what God wants now, and what He has been preparing us for. Yes, He will continue to use pastors and leaders, but the reason there will be a large harvest is because the roughly 90% of the church that has been quietly sitting and waiting is now rising up. Thus, in this great end-time harvest we will see all believers everywhere being used by God to bring in the harvest.

The second hallmark will be the actual place of harvest. Most conversions will take place in homes or in the marketplace. As the majority of the ekklesia is activated, they will be sharing wherever they go. They will open their homes; they will share at work; they will share in schools and in restaurants. They will not only “talk,” but will also pray for individuals who ask for help or who ask for healing. It’s this 90% of the ekklesia that will lead people to receive Jesus. They will then bring those people to churches for more fellowship, for worship and praise, and for teaching. But the majority of evangelism will happen spontaneously—one-on-one or in small groups in homes and the marketplace.

Strategies—You Have to Deliberately Receive

We all need to be asking the Lord for strategies. But we are not only to ask—we also need to expect and receive what He tells us. Just “believing” isn’t enough. It’s so easy to overlook and not receive what God is releasing. Let me explain by sharing my recent testimony.

I had been having shoulder pain for several months. My shoulder was functioning without any problem, but almost every night there was this pain. Regularly, it would wake me up. This past Sunday in Taiwan, I released a word of knowledge that God wanted to heal some longstanding physical issues. These were things that people were probably able to tolerate and put up with. They were painful, but not life threatening. Nevertheless, they were problems God didn’t want them to have. So, I told the people to specifically and deliberately choose what physical problem they wanted healed, and then to believe for and receive healing.

It was then that I remembered my shoulder issue and told everyone that I too had a problem. I then prayed a general prayer for all. The next morning, it dawned on me that my shoulder had been healed. I was so thankful. When I analyzed the “why,” it was simple. When I verbalized it, I had made a choice to believe God to receive healing for my problem. If I hadn’t, I’m sure my shoulder wouldn’t have been healed.

I then thought how often the Lord wants to give us wisdom, strategy, and even healing, but because we don’t make the choice to ask and specifically receive, we get nothing. God has given, but we didn’t take it.

In this time of asking for strategy, be sure to not just ask—but also to receive in prayer. Realize that new thoughts, new circumstances, and new connections can all be pointing to new strategy. Grab hold of them and receive them. This is the essence of James 1:6, which states, “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting.” When you ask in faith, you expect an answer and then receive it.

Thanks for praying,

Ron and Teddy

Advance by Keeping Your Alignment—Kislev, The Ninth Hebrew Month

November 25–December 24, 2022

The Lord wants us to keep advancing. We do this by keeping our alignment and growing on the foundation of things previously learned. God wants us to develop warfare strategies. We can rely on prophecies He has given us, as well as using prophetic warfare anointing.

A more complete explanation of Kislev may be found here.
