2024/11/20 A New Thing Springs Forth—Online Apostolic Center MPP, Week 3

Ron Sawka Ministries

November 20, 2024; Cheshvan 19, 5785

“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert” (Isa. 43:19).

“No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you exceedingly fruitful” (Gen. 17:5–6).

A New Thing Springs Forth—Online Apostolic Center MPP, Week 3

“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth” (Isa. 43:19). When God does a new thing, He describes it as “springing forth.” It’s not something old, musty, slow, or tottering. Rather, it is new and it springs forth. There’s a vibrancy to it. That’s what I am seeing in Apostolic Center MPP. It is the new thing the Lord asked us to do. Without my quite realizing it, He shifted us into becoming an online Apostolic Center.

Besides being “new,” it also feels like so much is “springing forth,” and it’s happening so quickly. Last week, I wrote on how in just two-week’s time we had added live translation for Russian and Korean, in addition to Chinese, Japanese, and English. But what impresses me most is the power and efficiency of the apostolic anointing. I was always well aware that apostolic anointing activates people and helps them to rise up. It draws them to become what God has designed for them and is calling them to be. What I didn’t realize is just how much that apostolic anointing is amplified when it’s operating in and through an Apostolic Center.

That is what I see and sense in our new online Apostolic Center MPP. There seems to be a massive shift in thinking and expectation. Instead of a word to “help me,” it’s more like, “Yes, Lord, I know that you want to use me. Lead me today.” On Monday’s webcast (Nov. 18), there were several key prophecies that I want to refer to because they well illustrate this. Below are my approximate paraphrases:

  1. You may think it impossible or unlikely that God can use you now, but He can and will. It’s not your effort but His work.

  2. The key is to know (to be convinced) that yes, He can use you. Don’t worry or wonder, just stay in joy.

  3. You will meet someone this week when riding on the bus or standing in line to get on. You may think your words inconsequential, but they will have impact.

  4. Pay attention when you are standing in line (e.g., at the store, hospital, or city office), because that may well be a place of divine connections.

Take those words for yourself. If the Lord is releasing apostolic anointing via the online Apostolic Center MPP, then we can assume He is also releasing it via this update, because it too is part of the Apostolic Center. So please, stay in joy, and also pay attention this week while waiting in line and see what the Lord does. Let me know.

Apostolic Praying with Authority

In Genesis17, the Lord put His breath permanently on Abram and Sarai, changing them to Abraham and Sarah. He said it would make them “exceedingly fruitful” (17:6). God appeared to them again in Genesis 18. He affirmed the promise of a son through Sarah, and then we have the long conversation about Sodom and Gomorrah. I believe the “breath of God” on Abraham gave him boldness and authority. Six times God agreed and lowered the number necessary for Him not to destroy those cities. Abraham’s request caused the Lord to change His mind six times! We see a similar thing with the twelve apostles when they said they weren’t called to do admin, but to give themselves to “prayer and ministry of the word” (Acts 6:4). No doubt they prayed for the Lord of the harvest to send laborers into the harvest field. Those prayers were effective, because it seems every New Testament believer immediately was led by the Holy Spirit in sharing the joyous good news of the gospel.

This Hebrew year 5785 is about “hei”, the breath of God. Let Him put His breath, the Holy Spirit, on you, just like when Jesus breathed the Holy Spirit on the Eleven (John 20:21–23). You will find yourself not only being propelled into His calling and plan for you, but will also find yourself praying with more boldness, more authority, and much greater effect. (And yes, indeed pray for your family members, even the most difficult ones, because that is exactly what Abraham did, and Lot’s life was spared.)

Thanks for praying,

Ron and Teddy

Blessings for the Hebrew Month of Cheshvan

Cheshvan 5785—The Eighth Hebrew Month

Nov. 2–Dec. 1, 2024

The number eight always signifies new beginnings, and that is exactly what we are entering into, especially regarding Morning Prophetic Prayer (MPP). What began as a two-week project actually lasted for twelve years. The Lord led us to stop it, saying we completed what He gave us to do. We are now going to call it Apostolic MPP, because God wants us to be like an apostolic center. The apostolic anointing will arise, and the many who have been fed and helped by MPP will now find themselves as joyful laborers in the Lord’s harvest fields.

This would never have happened unless I had received and obeyed the prophetic word to stop. As soon as I did, new revelation as to what to do began to flow.

The lesson for all of us? Look for the new thing. Also, don’t be surprised if the Lord prunes you and you have to stop or discard something. The result will be much more fruit. But you have to trust Him.
