Hallelujah. I’m writing you again from the rehabilitation hospital.
Thank you all for praying for me. From the very beginning, I’ve known that God put me here to prepare me for new doors. There has been test after test after test. It helps that I can discuss things with my wife. Each trial is a new opportunity to believe God for a miracle. I’ve become very aware that many people are going through trials right now. But it’s not just trials—God is also preparing you for a higher level. So, you might ask, “How do I pass the test? What do I do to ensure I pass the test?” The answer is always to be sure that you are rejoicing.
This week, I’ve been meditating on Luke 18:8, which states, “But when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?” I don’t think it means, “Oh, we’ve been believing and finally, Lord, you came. We can’t hang on anymore.” No, I think what the Lord is looking for is what we call apostolic perseverance. It’s a cheerful optimism. When the Lord comes back, it’s like, “Yes, Lord! Amen! You are the Lord! You are the ruler! You are the God of miracles!” That’s how God wants us to be in every single trial we face. Even though it may seem like God is not healing you, or that all your finances are disappearing, declare, “Lord, my faith is not in my health or in my finances, but my faith is in You, and You will take care of me! You will fulfill your promise. Amen!” That is the joy that the Lord wants. When we choose to rejoice, His power is released inside of us.
Therefore, choose to rejoice. Even if you are really in trouble right now, just say, “Hallelujah! Yes, Lord!” Start rejoicing. And you will be amazed at the power that begins to rise up inside of you.
God bless you.

Speaking Truth in Your Heart
Adar 2—The Twelfth Hebrew Month of 5784
March 11–April 8, 2024
The blessings of Adar 2 are the same as Adar 1. The only major difference is that Purim is in Adar 2. Purim is a time of celebration because the Lord can and does overthrow what the enemy raises up against us.
In Adar 2 as well, we must continue to speak truth in the inner man. The truth that God is faithful and will always keep His word. That He will always be with us. That He is there for us in every trial and difficulty. We must continually speak these truths.
God told Israel, “The word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (Deut. 30:14). In the following verses, He told them how much He wanted to bless them and enrich them. All they had to do was love and obey.
I believe Deuteronomy 30:14, “The word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart,” is an incredible key for victory. Yes there are times when we get tired and faith seems weak. Those are the times we need to declare, “God loves me, and I love him. God wants to bless me. He is here for me.” Making those declarations causes faith and confidence to rise up.
