Our Amazing Apostolic Fund Supporters and Three Things to Look Forward To

Every December, we talk about becoming an Apostolic Fund Supporter (AFS). There are many who sign up at this time or renew their pledge. Nearly fifteen years ago, the Lord gave me the idea of boldly asking Him and believing for supporters who would commit to $1,000 (US) for the year—now $1,200. By that time our ministry had grown, but I knew we were called to much, much more. The local church we had planted in Sano, Japan, was fully self-supporting, but I knew we needed outside help to carry the apostolic-prophetic to the rest of Japan and to Asia.

I was surprised and blessed at how people responded. Some were those who had long known us and believed in us and the ministry God called us to do, but most were people who had been impacted by our training. Again, some were well-established relationships, but others had only recently heard of us. They too felt led and wanted to be a part of what God was doing through us to raise up the ekklesia by activating the apostolic-prophetic. Where do these Apostolic Fund Supporters come from? They come from Japan, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the US, Canada, Korea, and Russia.

I think this is amazing. They are true partners with us and members of our family. We pray for them and prophesy for them from periodically. We are so blessed by each one. Likewise, I pray and firmly believe that each of them is being significantly blessed by being partners with us.

I mention all this because I want to honor them and publicly thank them for their support in this past year. Thank you so very much!

Three Things to Look Forward to:

Yesterday morning when we prayed, I felt the Lord highlight three things:

1. Sabbath year—5782 is a Sabbath year, which of course means rest. God rested from His works. We have the privilege, by faith, of entering into that same rest. “God rested from His works” means He isn’t worried or upset about anything. In the same way, we can take our works and rest in Him. When we choose to rest in Him, we should fully expect that He is taking care of our works and that He will actively lead us and help us. Far more will be accomplished than we can imagine.

2. The “blessing” of the corona virus. Yes, this virus—including the swirling controversy surrounding it—has had so much negative impact. But I believe we will eventually be able to look back on it and see that God has overridden Satan (God always does), and that He has used this for great advance of His kingdom. We are learning to wear our crowns (corona) as kings and priests with Him. I think we’ll see more harvest than ever before.

3. The veil is being drawn back and the window is open. Psalm 139:12 states, “The night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you.” The Lord is shining His light so we can see and understand things like never before. We will see—and are now seeing—the wind of the Holy Spirit is blowing and the Lord is doing great things which we can be a part of. We truly are on the verge of unprecedented harvest.

Again, our team received the above impressions as we prayed. What an amazing time we live in. Keep shining brightly for Him.

Thanks for praying,

Ron and Teddy

I am so thankful for the new fields and assignments the Lord is opening up even during this difficult year of the virus. Our webcasting is greatly expanding and your financial support plays such an important role. I remind you of what David instituted among his warriors - even those who stayed with the baggage were to receive the same reward as the others (1 Sam 30:24). Thank you and be blessed.

You may also feel led to become an Apostolic Fund Supporter (AFS)/Fire Stater by pledging to give $1200 (US) or its equivalent for the year. Please be sure to send us a photo of yourself to help us in our praying of you.
