Make Your Declaration
“You will declare a thing and it will be established for you” (Job 22:28).
One of the mightiest spiritual weapons the Lord has given is the power of declaration. When we declare what He has spoken to us, something is released in the heavenly realm and that “seed word” (a promise or prophecy) that the Lord spoke begins to grow until it manifests and is fulfilled.
We see that Jesus did this. Psalm 2:7 states, “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You.’” I don’t understand all the details of this, but I believe it was after Jesus’s resurrection when He ascended to heaven and was seated at His Father’s right hand. I imagine it played out something like this:
God, His Father, decreed to all creation—including the great cloud of witnesses and angelic hosts, as well as to the devil, the principalities and powers, and all demons—that Jesus, who had risen from the dead and who was now sitting at His right hand, was His Son and had all authority. It was a clear, powerful decree. All heard it. All were watching.
Now it was Jesus’s turn. He couldn’t remain silent. He had to give a resounding agreement. All were waiting to hear His response. It was loud and clear: “Yes, as Almighty God the Father has decreed, I am indeed His Son with all the rights, privileges, and authority.”
Jesus’s declaration sealed or completed His Father’s decree. It was now executed or “in force.” On the basis of that, Jesus—in front of that same audience—asked for and received all the nations as His inheritance (“Ask of Me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance” [2:8]).
Just think about how important that declaration was. If He had remained silent and said nothing, it would be the same as saying, “No, I don’t agree; I don’t accept this.” Not declaring would mean the decree was in abeyance—in a state of suspension or inactivity. But his declaration completed it.
With that scenario in mind, I have often thought of promises and prophecies the Lord gives us. It took me a while to learn it, but I know I need to declare those promises. I need to vocalize them. My declaring means I accept them. Those promises are thus immediately put into force—into action. I also know when I vocalize/declare them, that exactly the same realm that heard Jesus’s declaration is listening to mine. Yes, of course, the level is different, but the principle is the same.
I think of it in the following way:
The Lord hears and that promise is put in motion and begins to work.
The angels hear and begin to help carry this out, because angels “do His word” and “heed the voice of His word” (Ps. 103:20).
The declaration binds the demonic or sets boundaries (Matt. 18:18). They must back off.
So begin to make declarations:
Declare you and your family belong to the Lord and are His ekklesia.
Declare that God has ordained success and blessing for you.
Declare He has given your neighborhood/city to you to influence for Him.
Also, make specific declarations. Especially declare things God spoke to you in prophecy. Years ago the Lord spoke through prophecy that I would broadcast throughout Japan. This is partially being fulfilled through our daily MPP broadcasts. But God wants to reach massive numbers of secular Japanese. So I am declaring, “The Lord is opening up the airwaves over Japan to us. The people will be touched by the power of God. The numbers will be multiplied.”
I know that somehow things will begin to move in a new way. Necessary people, resources, and finances will come in.
So make your declarations of what God has spoken and promised. Watch things begin to move and be fulfilled.

The word “church” comes from ekklesia, a secular term fully understood in Jesus’s day. We are God’s ruling body in our cities and the marketplace (e.g., business, government, education). God wants us to mature quickly and rule with Him. Growth does not always have to be a long, slow process. We can leap ahead!

宣言をすること
「あなたが事を決めると、それは成り、あなたの道の上には光が輝く。」ヨブ記22章28節
神が私たちに与えた最も力強い武器の一つは宣言です。私たちが神から与えられた言葉を宣言する時に天の領域で何かが解き放たれます。そして、神から与えられた言葉の種（預言や約束）は完全になるまで成長します。
イエスも宣言しました。「わたしは主の定めについて語ろう。主はわたしに言われた。『あなたは、わたしの子。きょう、わたしがあなたを生んだ。詩編２章７編」この箇所の詳細までは分かりませんが、イエスが復活した後、天に上り天の父の右座に座しました。このシーンは以下のように展開したと思います。
神、イエスの父が全ての創造物（多くの証人たち（へブル１２章１節）、御使い、悪魔、権威ある者、力ある者、そして全ての悪霊が含まれる）に対し、イエスが死から蘇り、今は自身の右座に座し、子であり、全ての権威を持つと宣言しました。明らかに力強い宣言でした。全てのものはそれを聞き、見ていました。
そしてイエスの出番でした。イエスは応答する必要がありました。彼は神が宣言したことに対し、明確に口頭で同意する必要がありました。すべての者はイエスの応答を待ちました。それは明確で力強かった。”偉大な神が宣言したように、私は神の子であり、全ての権威と特権を持ちます。”
イエスの宣言は、天の父の宣言を完成しました。その宣言は起動し、前進していました。そこで、イエスは全ての者の前で、国々が遺産として与えられるように求めました。「わたしに求めよ。わたしは国々をあなたへのゆずりとして与え、地の果て果てまで、あなたの所有として与える（詩編２章８編）。」
その宣言がどれほど重要だったか考えてみてください。イエスが何も言わずに応答していなければ、神が宣言したことに対し、拒否したことになります。応答しなければ、その宣言は中断され、不確かな状態で置かれるということです。イエスの応答（宣言）はそれを完成したのです。
このシーンを心に留めて思いました。主が私たちに多くの約束と預言を与えています。実践できるまで時間が掛かりましたが、その約束を宣言する必要があります。それを言葉にする必要があります。私がそれを宣言することによって同意していることを表しています。その約束を宣言すると起動し、計画が前に進みます。そして私がその約束を宣言する時に、イエスの宣言に従った同じ領域が私の宣言に従うと知っています。もちろん、レベルは違いますが、法則は同じです。
このように考えてみてください。
１）神がその宣言を聞き、その約束が移動し、計画が前進します。
２）御使いもその宣言を聞き、実行するのを手伝います。「主をほめたたえよ。御使いたちよ。みことばの声に聞き従い、みことばを行う力のある勇士たちよ（詩編１０３章２０編）。」
３）その宣言は悪霊を縛り、境界を設置します。悪霊はそれに近づくことはできません。（マタイ１８章１８節）
ですから、宣言をしてください。
１）あなたの家族が主のものであり、主のエクレシア（教会）であることを宣言してください。
２）主があなたに成功と祝福を備えていることを宣言してください。
３）主が影響をもたらすため、あなたに住んでいる市町村を与えたことを宣言してください。
そして具体的な宣言もしてください。特に預言で受けたことを宣言してください。数年前に、主は私が日本に対して発信すると預言を受けました。これは、部分的に毎日のＭＰＰ放送で成就されています。しかし、神は多くの日本の未信者にリーチしたいと願っています。よって私は宣言します。”主は私の日本での配信を更に開いています。人々は神の力に触れます。そして救われる人が倍増します。”
物事が新しい方法で進むと思います。必要な資源、人材、経済、その他は与えられます。
ですから、神が語った約束を宣言してください。それが起動し、成就されることを体験してください。

宣告並重申你的屬神身份和命定
光明節（12月10-18日）在聖經中被提到過一次，稱為「修殿節」。約10:22提到，「在耶路撒冷有修殿節，是冬天的時候。」我越深入研究，越認識到神希望我們利用這段時間來重新檢視我們的呼召和命定，並且再次將生命獻給祂。
-
主前2世紀，在以色列人起義趕出敘利亞塞琉古王朝壓迫者之後，他們潔淨了聖殿，並將之重新獻給神。在此之前，外邦國王安條克四世已經殘酷迫害猶太人、污穢了聖殿，還試圖消滅他們的信仰。藉著重獻聖殿，以色列人向著那些試圖用不認識神的希臘式世界觀來取代他們屬神身份的嘗試，發出了振聾發聵的抗拒之聲。重獻聖殿的行動是一種宣告，表明他們是神的百姓，他們的身份在祂裡面。

如前所述，約10:22是聖經裡唯一一次提到光明節。緊隨其後，耶穌清楚地宣告了祂的目的和使命，並且重申了祂的身份。約10:24記載，猶太領袖們要求耶穌，「你若是基督，就明明地告訴我們。」耶穌知道他們不信，但是祂仍然發出如下有力的宣告：首先，「我奉我父之名所行的事可以為我作見證。」（約10:25）；其次，「我又賜給他們（我的羊）永生，他們永不滅亡，誰也不能從我手裡把他們奪去。」；第三，「我與父原為一。」

何等有能力！在嚴峻的敵對勢力面前，主宣告祂的身份（與父原為一）和祂的呼召——奉父之名行事，賜永生給信祂之人。當我讀這一段經文並且研究光明節的歷史後，我感覺神對我們每個人發出“針對現在”的話語。無論在光明節還是聖誕節，都應當重申和宣告以下信息：

1.我們的身份：“主，我們屬於祢，祢已揀選我們成為祢特別的百姓。”
2.我們的目標：“我們帶著祢的榮耀，無論去哪裡，我們都選擇說恩言，做任何事都如同為祢而做。”
3.奉獻：“我們將我們自己、我們的家庭、我們的居所、我們的事業、我們的城市、我們的國家，都獻給祢。”

一定要親口宣告以上的話。無論何時，只要我們宣告神的真理，就有非凡的能力從我們裡面、為我們的緣故釋放出來。

也許最重要的事，莫過於呼召和命定了。列國中所見的混亂和焦慮都來自於撒旦想要讓我們錯失神的命定，無論是個人層面還是國家層面。我們必須將眼目定睛於神，以及祂所說的“針對現在”的先知性話語，祂就必帶領我們渡過。我再重申，記住代下20:20經文提到的：「信耶和華你們的神，就必立穩；信祂的先知，就必亨通。」
